Refund policy

To start a return, you can contact us at tandtcncwoodshop@gmail.com. 

If your return is accepted, buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Product must be returned unused and carefully packaged. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, Custom signs and personalized items cannot be returned unless received damaged.

Photos of damaged product and packaging must be provided to seller.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges 

We do offer product exchange within 7 days of receipt of item. Seller will provide paid return label on exchanges.

Custom signs and Personalized items are not eligible for exchange unless they arrive damaged.
